Sarah Deaton, Realtor
Originally from Texas, Sarah moved to NWA to earn a bachelors degree in communications at the University of Arkansas in 2008. Shortly after graduating and earning her bachelors degree, she obtained her Real Estate license and has lived and worked in NWA for over 20 years.
As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress free. Her clients can count on her any time of the day when they have a question or concern.
Not only is Sarah a Realtor, she also owns her own photography business and runs a landscaping company with her husband as well. Both of these have helped shape her into the real estate agent she is today. Her clients often describe her as ambitious, people oriented and fun to be around.
Sarah joined Colliers and Associates in the fall of 2021, where her business is based on more than 80% referrals from satisfied clients. The most important thing to Sarah is providing excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Sarah still lives in NWA today where she loves trips with her family, going to the gym, meeting friends for dinner, volunteering at the church and calling those HOGS!!! She is dedicated to helping others find their dream home in NWA so they can enjoy it as much as she does!
